Terms and Conditions of the Polskie Słoiki Online Shop

1. General provisions

The online shop available at polskiesloiki.pl is operated by the “Negocjator” Social Cooperative, Liksajny 16, 14-140 Miłomłyn, Polish tax identification number (NIP): 9492200748, tel. 514 176 398, email: polskiesloiki@gmail.com, hereinafter referred to as „the Seller”.

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the use of the Shop, placing orders, entering into sales contracts, delivery, payment, complaints and the exercise of the right to withdraw from a contract.

2. Using the Shop

To use the Shop, you will need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. You will also need a valid email address to place orders. The customer is obliged to use the Shop in accordance with the law.

3. Products and prices

Product information includes, in particular, the product name, price and any available details regarding its features. Prices are quoted in Polish zlotys and shown as gross prices. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown before the order is placed.

4. Placing orders

The customer selects products, adds them to their basket, provides the details required to process the order and confirms the order during the checkout process. Before placing the order, they are shown a summary of the selected products, prices and delivery charges.

5. Payments

Currently, payment by standard bank transfer to the Seller’s account and cash on delivery are available. The current list of payment methods and terms and conditions are displayed during the checkout process.

6. Delivery

Online orders are fulfilled within Poland. Delivery to a Parcel Locker and courier delivery, including cash on delivery, are available. Free delivery applies to orders worth 330 zł or more. The current delivery options and costs are shown when you place your order.

7. Withdrawal from the contract

A consumer who enters into a distance contract may, as a general rule, withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 days. The notice of withdrawal may be sent to the Seller’s email address or to the address of the Seller’s registered office.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by law, including in relation to certain perishable goods, goods with a short shelf life, or certain sealed products opened after delivery that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

8. Complaints and conformity of goods with the contract

The seller is liable to the consumer for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with the provisions set out in the applicable legislation. Complaints may be submitted by email to the following address: polskiesloiki@gmail.com or in writing to the following address: „Negocjator” Social Cooperative, Liksajny 16, 14-140 Miłomłyn.

9. User account

If the Shop allows you to create an account, setting one up and using it is entirely voluntary. You should protect your login details from unauthorised access.

10. Personal data

The rules governing the processing of personal data and the use of cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Shop’s website.

11. Final provisions

Contracts concluded via the Shop are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions. These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge in a form that allows them to be saved and retrieved. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions do not affect rights acquired prior to their entry into force.
